TAYLOR&EMMET TEAMS ENJOY WINNING STREAK
Leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is seeing double as both of the grassroots football teams it supports celebrate record wins.
Taylor&Emmet is kit sponsors for Dronfield Town Girls’ under 16s and Greenhill Juniors’ under 10s football teams, both of whom are finishing the season on a high.
Greenhill Juniors is adding to its trophy cabinet, after winning the Sheffield and District Junior Sunday League Cup, beating Chesterfield team, Handley Wood, 1-0 in the final at Millmoor Juniors Football Club in Rotherham.
This latest victory for Greenhill marks the end of a consistent run of wins in the knockout tournament, which saw the boys triumph against four other teams from across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire to take the cup.
Dronfield Town Girls also chalked up a record run of eight wins in the last eight games, to secure third place in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Girls County League Division One. The team has never finished as high in the table or with so many points, beating Doncaster Rovers’ Belles into fourth place.
