Leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is holding a free breakfast seminar to keep local businesses up-to-date with the most important developments in employment law.

Taylor&Emmet will be hosting its annual Employment Law Update at Sheffield’s Leopold Hotel on November 12, to highlight the key legislative changes employers need to know.

Experts from Taylor&Emmet’s employment law team will be highlighting the most significant legal developments to take place this year and looking forward to changes that can be expected in 2010. There will also be an opportunity for delegates to ask questions and network with fellow attendees.

Topics covered at the breakfast seminar will include the new ACAS Code on Discipline and Grievances, the Equality Bill, new rights for agency workers, holiday entitlement and long term sickness absence, recent redundancy case law, how TUPE 2006 is being interpreted and the harassment of staff.
