TAYLOR&EMMET SEALS DEALS WORTH £15 MILLION

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet Solicitors is celebrating a bumper two months, after concluding corporate deals worth more than £15 million.

Taylor&Emmet’s corporate team has played a crucial role in the completion of ten substantial transactions during February and March this year.

The firm’s corporate finance specialists were instrumental in the success of deals that included the funding of a care home acquisition, the disposal of a fresh fruit and vegetable wholesaler and the sale of an internationally renowned precision tool making business.
