TAYLOR&EMMET PRESCRIBES WILLS ADVICE

Residents in Hillsborough and Dronfield can now find out all they need to know about making a will and dealing with an estate, thanks to Taylor&Emmet Solicitors.

Sheffield-based Taylor&Emmet is holding free surgeries at its Hillsborough and Dronfield branches to answer clients’ questions about all wills and probate matters.

Experienced advisers, Nichola Barnes and Sally Marritt will be hosting the surgeries at Taylor&Emmet’s Dronfield and Hillsborough branches respectively, every Friday afternoon from 2-5pm (5.30pm in Hillsborough).

The experts will be able to outline the process of making a will and provide initial advice on a range of associated matters, including updating or disputing a will, administering an estate, tax planning, trusts, elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and residential protection.

Diana Smart, head of Taylor&Emmet’s wills and probate department, said: No one really wants to think about making a will, but the reality is that if you plan ahead, you could be saving your family and friends a great deal of trouble and heartache. For most of us, this is a straightforward procedure and by providing clients with free, easily accessible information, we aim to dispel any worries they may have.”
