TOP PROPERTY EXPERT JOINS TAYLOR&EMMET TEAM

Taylor&Emmet Solicitors is welcoming to its team a leading commercial property specialist, who is returning to Sheffield after a two year break.

New Taylor&Emmet partner, Julian Rowden, is the latest addition to the Sheffield-based firm’s rapidly expanding commercial property team.

Julian joins Taylor&Emmet following two years at niche commercial practice, Brooke North, in Leeds. Before that, he made his name in Sheffield with Keeble Hawson, where he was instrumental in a number of developments for commercial and industrial concerns, educational and charitable bodies and the leasehold sector.

Julian’s expertise includes commercial leases, development work, funding arrangements and property transactions involving insolvent companies. He manages deals for businesses of all sizes, from small and medium-sized owner managed firms to major public sector institutions and PLCs.

Vincent Green, Taylor&Emmet’s head of commercial property, said: “We believe Julian will be a valuable addition to our increasingly influential team. Despite having spent a brief period in Leeds, he lives in Sheffield and has retained close links with South Yorkshire.
