Julian has been involved in some of the largest projects across Sheffield and Rotherham involving not for profit organisations and also works with a number of RSLs in connection with acquisition of development sites and funding arrangements supporting them including site assemblies and ancillary agreements and section 106 and statutory agreements involving statutory bodies,local authorities and utilities.  Julian is also familiar with charity law and ancillary security work.
