Paul Roebuck

Paul joined Taylor & Emmet in October 2004 and began his career by instructing counsel in crown court prosecutions. He has worked in family law since 1982 initially working at Rotherham MBC dealing with child care matters for almost 10 years. Paul went into private practise in the early 1990's.

A legal executive since 1996, became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997. Having studies for extended rights of audience he became a Legal Executive Advocate in 2002, one of only 27 in the country at that time.

Paul became one of only four Legal Executives to become a member of the Children Panel in January 2004 and brings a wealth of experience in both public and private legal work involving children.
