Our property litigation unit represents a diverse range of commercial and individual clients operating in a variety of industries. Particular emphasis is placed on property investors, retail and restaurants, real estate, financial institutions, regeneration bodies and housing associations.

Rob Cooke Rob specialises in business and property litigation. He advises a wide range of clients, from public limited companies to individuals and acts for private investment landlords and several large housing associations. |

Stephanie Robinson Stephanie provides advice to businesses of all types and sizes on all aspects of property litigation and also on residential property litigation matters. Stephanie advises in areas of landlord and tenant disputes with particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement and boundary and right of way disputes. Stephanie has experience of all aspects of property litigation and alternative dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation and arbitration. |
