David Poddington - Partner David has many years of experience of acting for senior executives across industry and the public sector. He is recommended by the leading legal directories including Legal 500 and Legal Experts. Where there is a cost effective deal to be done David will negotiate hard for a favourable outcome for his clients, considering all aspects of a settlement including share options, employee benefits and outplacement. |

Tom Draper Tom is knowledgeable and experienced at helping employees through legal problems with their employment. He listens sympathetically to his clients and advises them on the best and most cost efficient way of achieving their aims. |

Jenny Arrowsmith Jenny has experience of advising individuals on any employment problems they may face, including suspension from work, disciplinary and appeals, grievances and compromise agreements. She has a lot of experience in advising senior managers on termination and contract issues. |

Rebecca Hutchinson Becky is a legal assistant in the department, she reviews and drafts compromise agreements and contracts of employment as well as helping to prepare documents for Tribunal litigation. She works mainly with Tom assisting him to provide high quality legal advice in a cost effective manner. |

Holly Wright Holly is a legal assistant in the department. She assists David and Jenny on all aspects of their work, including preparation of bundles and witness statements, assisting with tribunal claims, drafting compromise agreements and providing telephone advice. |
