Julian is a member of our social housing team.

Julian has wide ranging experience in dealing with development sites for house builders including, including complex site assemblies, negotiation of option agreements and conditional contracts, granting and reserving rights and easements, covenants as well as the necessary planning, and statutory infrastructure agreements and all associated funding arrangements across both the commercial and not for profit sectors including charities.
