Since qualification Caroline has specialised in Commercial property and has gained a broad range of experience since she joined Taylor & Emmet's commercial property team in October 2006. Caroline has extensive experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals, negotiating lease terms both for landlords and tenants and acting on behalf of banks and providing advice on personal guarantees.

Caroline has also experience in dealing with Housing Associations and has acted on their behalf on acquisitions of development sites, acquisitions under S.106 agreements and numerous new build purchases.
