Our Specialist Social Housing Team has looked after the interests of Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) for more than 30 years and are one of the main providers of legal services to this sector in the South Yorkshire and North East Midlands region.

Vincent Green Vincent has more than 25 years experience in dealing with non-profit and public sector organisations. He works with a number of RP (registered providers) in relation to the acquisition, development, sale and lease of property and associated issues. |

John Hawkins John has extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals, the granting of leases, licensed premises and general property matters. His clients include individuals, businesses and developers of residential schemes. |

Rob Cooke Rob specialises in business and property litigation. He advises a wide range of clients, from public limited companies to individuals and acts for private investment landlords and several large housing associations. |

Julian Rowden Julian has wide ranging experience in dealing with development sites for house builders including, including complex site assemblies, negotiation of option agreements and conditional contracts, granting and reserving rights and easements, covenants as well as the necessary planning, and statutory infrastructure agreements and all associated funding arrangements across both the commercial and not for profit sectors including charities. |

Peter Crawford Peter specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, general company/commercial law and banking. He has acted for a number of large national and international companies in multimillion-pound deals. |

Sarah Gaunt Sarah manages our Dronfield office and runs our new homes section. She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing and housing association work and she is on the recommended panel for several builders. |

Rachel Houghton Rachel has a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial property law and acts for clients, including landlords and tenants and buyers and sellers of commercial properties. |

Caroline Hawcroft Caroline has extensive experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals, negotiating lease terms both for landlords and tenants and acting on behalf of banks and providing advice on personal guarantees. Caroline has also experience in dealing with Housing Associations and has acted on their behalf on acquisitions of development sites, acquisitions under S.106 agreements and numerous new build purchases. |
