Jenny Arrowsmith Position: Associate Solicitor - Employment law Jenny primarily acts for businesses and has experience of all aspects of employment law including redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances, compromise agreements, harmonisation of terms and conditions, employment policy and procedures and discrimination issues. With a strong commercial understanding, she recognises the importance of providing practical and effective solutions for businesses on any employee issue. She is the lead trainer for T&E Advance and writes bespoke training modules for managers and HR to meet their training needs. Areas Jenny specialises in: |
