Jenny Arrowsmith Jenny primarily acts for businesses and has experience of all aspects of employment law including redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances, compromise agreements, harmonisation of terms and conditions, employment policy and procedures and discrimination issues. With a strong commercial understanding, she provides practical and effective solutions for businesses on any employee issues. |

Tom Draper Tom is knowledgeable and experienced at helping employees through legal problems with their employment. He listens sympathetically to his clients and advises them on the best and most cost efficient way of achieving their aims. |

Rebecca Hutchinson Becky is a legal assistant in the department, she reviews and drafts compromise agreements and contracts of employment as well as helping to prepare documents for Tribunal litigation. She works mainly with Tom assisting him to provide high quality legal advice in a cost effective manner. |

Holly Wright Holly is a legal assistant in the department. She assists David and Jenny on all aspects of their work, including tribunal claims, employment policies, compromise agreements and telephone advice. Holly has previously worked in a busy HR Department as a HR Adviser and has practical experience of dealing with recruitment and selection, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management and also preparing contracts of employment. |
