John is a specialist in our commercial property team.

John has extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals, the granting of leases, licensed premises and general property matters. His clients include individuals, businesses and developers of residential schemes.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and now boasts wide-ranging experience in the acquisition and disposal of freeholds and leaseholds, the granting of leases, property finance, licensed premises and general property matters.

His clients include individuals and businesses. He acts for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of all types of commercial property, from factories and warehouses, to offices, shops and public houses. He also deals with many major banks, providing secured funding and developers of residential schemes

When he’s not in the office, John can be found cycling in the Peak District or supporting his hockey-playing daughters.
