Rob Moore is head of Business legal services at Taylor&Emmet. Rob is also head our highly successful commercial litigation team, in which he specialises in dispute resolution and contentious insolvency.

He joined Taylor&Emmet in 1997 and has advised a wide range of clients, from sole traders to large institutions, as well as acting for many local insolvency practitioners.

Rob has extensive experience in complex, high value disputes and significant knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. He is also an experienced advocate in the County Court and on occasion, the High Court.

Rob is an accredited mediator.

When he’s not providing a taxi service for his three daughters, Rob can be found fell running or mountain biking. He is also a parent governor at Dore Primary School club secretary for the Dark Peak Fell Runners and a council member of Sheffield Chamber of Commerce.
