Taylor&Emmet gets Conveyancing seal of approval

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is spearheading efforts to drive up conveyancing standards, after becoming one of the first firms in the area to achieve a new industry ‘kite mark’.

The leading firm of solicitors has attained membership of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), which acknowledges professional excellence.

Taylor&Emmet’s accreditation recognises the firm’s good practice management and the skills of its residential and commercial property teams.

The firm was recently invited to join the Conveyancing Association, extending its influence on the future of the property industry.
