Taylor&Emmet reveals winning formula
Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is inviting local business leaders to learn more about winning disputes, both inside and outside the courtroom.
Taylor&Emmet partners, Rob Moore and Paul Clarke, will be sharing their perspectives on business disputes at a free seminar focusing on the merits of commercial litigation.
Held at the Leopold Hotel in Sheffield city centre on November 17, How to Win Business Disputes will start by discussing what constitutes a win from two different angles. Accredited mediator, Rob Moore, will look at resolving disputes without litigation, whilst commercial litigation partner, Paul Clarke, will provide tips for coming out on top in court.
The seminar is aimed at company executives, in-house lawyers and anyone regularly involved in litigation. It will highlight how businesses can apply the law more effectively and outline the reasons why an organisation may want to take legal action.
Rob Moore, Taylor&Emmet’s head of business legal services, said: “This seminar aims to challenge delegates’ perceptions of litigation and make them question their previous and future use of the legal process. Interest in the event has so far been extremely high and we are looking forward to enjoying a thought provoking and informative session.”
Delegates attending Taylor&Emmet’s commercial litigation seminar will have an opportunity to network with fellow professionals and ask questions of the hosts. Previous experience of business disputes is not essential.
