Taylor&Emmet expert awarded industry kitemark 21st February 2012
A clinical negligence specialist from leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, has received official recognition of his skills from industry heavyweight, The Law Society.
Paul Fouad is the latest member of Taylor&Emmet’s team to be accepted onto the Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme – a mark of quality in this area of legal practice.
To achieve membership of the panel, Paul had to demonstrate that he is experienced in handling high value cases and that he has and will continue to maintain a first class level of knowledge and skills in the area of clinical negligence. His application was reviewed by existing members of the scheme and will be re-assessed every five years.
James Drydale, Taylor&Emmet’s head of clinical negligence and fellow member of The Law Society’s accreditation scheme, said: “Being accepted onto the clinical negligence panel is a huge personal achievement for Paul and further independent approval of our work at Taylor&Emmet. Clients who are looking for a solicitor will often refer to The Law Society as a trusted source of information and carrying a mark of quality from such a respected organisation is a great endorsement of our skills.”
The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel helps victims of medical errors make informed choices about who to trust and provides assurance that the solicitors listed have proven competency in this discipline.
