Taylor&Emmet sees Probate growth in Derbyshire

Taylor&Emmet has seen a 59% increase in probate cases this year at its Dronfield office, compared to figures for 2010.

Despite tough market conditions for the local legal community, Taylor&Emmet’s continued investment in its Dronfield branch throughout 2011 has seen a dramatic rise in the number of clients requesting the production of wills, along with advice about tax, trust and power of attorney issues.
