Taylor&Emmet launches HR Consultancy

Employment experts from Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP have launched a new service to give businesses extra capacity to manage human resources and health and safety issues.

The leading solicitors’ new package, T&E Consult, aims to improve business performance by offering a range of services that complement the advice provided by its employment team.

The bespoke consultancy package comprises on-site guidance and management of people issues, including running employee consultation exercises and conducting grievance or disciplinary appeal hearings, additional resources to aid the design and delivery of new HR programmes, health and safety audits, advice and training and programmes to improve staff recruitment, retention and to eliminate pay inequalities.

T&E Consult is the brainchild of Taylor&Emmet’s employment experts. They are combining their experience in HR, health and safety and training and development with that of a select group of highly qualified consultants, to benefit public and private bodies, ranging from small and medium sized enterprises to blue chip corporations.
