New Taylor&Emmet assistant extends Corporate team

Leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is strengthening the services it offers to local businesses with the appointment of a new legal assistant to its corporate team.

Amit Bansal joins Taylor&Emmet to support the firm’s corporate law specialists and expand the team’s capacity, as its reputation across the region increases.

This varied role will see Amit undertake a range of tasks, including due diligence work and general client care for ongoing corporate matters. Originally from Essex, he has relocated to South Yorkshire to take up his position with Taylor&Emmet, having worked previously as a paralegal in central London firms, most recently with Goodgers.

Peter Crawford, Taylor&Emmet’s head of corporate, said: “Having worked in a number of challenging legal environments, Amit brings a wealth of experience to Taylor&Emmet that will help us to further extend our reach across the region. Recent growth in this area of the firm has seen a significant increase in the number and size of deals on which we are instructed.
