The Commercial Property department practice involves the team advising on an array of financing issues, including loan book sales and warehousing facilities, lending for property acquisition and development projects, and on commercial and residential portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

Over 90% of our property finance work is for lenders and it consists of a mixture of syndicated and bi-lateral transactional work together with non-transactional work such as preparing standard form loan and security documentation.
