Our added value packages
Our added value packages
You can opt into the basic T&E Resolve package at any time. If you have a case (or even just part of a case) that you want us to look at, we’re happy to accept your instructions as a new T&E Resolve case.
If you want more, we also offer subscriptions to T&E Resolve for one, two or three years. If you subscribe to T&E Resolve, you can take advantage of our “added value” packages. Our packages are all aimed at making your life easier. For a fixed fee, we can offer you any combination of the following:
- Legal helpline
We provide a helpline so that you can telephone an experienced solicitor and get a quick, straightforward answer. Because a fixed fee is paid at the outset, we’ll never follow up your call with an invoice.
- Toolkits
If you want to keep control of your dispute but you feel you might need some guidance, we have a range of practical toolkits which help steer you through the litigation process.
- Access to precedents
We have a database of precedents to cover most situations, and we’re happy to share our knowledge with you. It means you’ll always have access to up-to-date documents so you can be sure you’re doing things right.
- Bespoke training courses
One of the easiest ways to minimise your company’s exposure to litigation is to ensure your staff do things properly. We can offer training courses on most legal issues which affect your business through our flexible training provider, T&E Advance.
- “Virtual” trainees
Our virtual trainees remain at our offices, but they’re available to you for basic legal tasks as and when you need them. You provide the instructions and we provide supervision. We generally only offer this service to companies with an in-house legal capability.
- Nightmare cases
If you’re an in-house lawyer, you may occasionally need a second opinion on difficult or troublesome cases. We understand that sometimes all you need is someone to bounce ideas off. With T&E Resolve, we’ll review your “nightmare case” and give you a second opinion for a fixed fee.
