Employment tribunal claims

The Employment Tribunal is the place where most employment claims are handled.

What do we do?
Firstly, we take instructions from you and then write to you to set out our advice. It is very hard to say how much a case will cost in advance, but we will try to give you some indication. We will also try to give you an indication of your prospects of success.

If you wish to proceed, we will complete and send the "ET1" which is the tribunal application form.

We will then attempt to negotiate a settlement for you, and if that is not possible, we will fight your case in the tribunal. This means handling the tribunal preparation for you, as well as advocating on your behalf.
