Vincent Green
Head of Commercial Property

With more than a quarter of a century's experience in law and more energy than most people twenty-five years his junior, Vincent Green runs the rapidly growing commercial property department at Taylor & Emmet and somehow finds time for an active sporting career as well as his six children!

Not such a surprise though, when you consider that Vincent's trademark has always been getting the most out of every situation whether it's on the pitch or in the boardroom.

Vincent studied law at Leicester, followed by Guildford and did his articles in Sheffield where he has remained. He was made a partner of Flint & Co in 1980, the same year that he was asked to become diocesan solicitor to the newly formed RC Diocese of Hallam.

Vincent explains "I have continued my role as a Diocesan Solicitor until the present day, largely because it has meant working with charities and education which mean a lot to me."

In 1995 Flint and Co merged with Benson Burdekin to become Benson Flint and it was here that he began to develop his specialism in Commercial Property in earnest. Vincent joined Taylor&Emmet as a partner in 2000 and has grown the department mainly by word of mouth recommendations and now boasts a portfolio featuring many banks, medical practices and property developers.

Vincent accredits his success to good working relationships based upon personal service and trust in his department's sound technical ability.
