Yesterday I entered two Road Traffic Accidents claims onto the MOJ Portal. Today I have received two admissions of liability. Although the Portal is not without its faults, no-one can argue that it hasn’t sped up the Road Traffic Accident claims process. It is a lot better than waiting four months before a liability decision is made! Two happy clients!
